TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING:
Items returned within 14 days can be exchanged for a full refund, excluding postage costs, valid for 28 days from the issue.
No refunds for made-to-order, made-to-measure, or personalized items.
Faulty goods must be reported within 3 working days, with refunds offered upon return or with photographic evidence.
Postage costs for faulty goods will be refunded.
SHOP TRANSACTIONS:
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, Paypal, and SumUp card readers. Bank transfers or cash are also accepted.
Products will not leave the shop until full payment is made.
DISCOUNTS:
No discounts are offered on First Communion products as prices are set by manufacturers.
