We understand that online shopping differs from the in-store experience, and to build confidence in your purchase, First Holy Communion Day offers a fourteen-day money-back refund policy.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

Subject to exceptions, www.firstholycommunionday.co.uk is pleased to refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are credited to the original payment card via the Paypal payment gateway.

Postage and packing charges are considered a separate contract and are not refunded.

Returning Unwanted Orders:

If you decide not to keep the goods, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Returns must be delivered within this timeframe; returns received beyond this period won''t be accepted.

Unwanted goods must be in fully resaleable condition with intact tags.

Refusal of a refund may occur if goods are not in a saleable condition or are damaged.

The postage cost for returning unwanted goods won''t be refunded, and a minimum charge of £4.25 will be deducted from the refund.

The FREE UK SLOW SAVER DISPATCH is only valid if the item is kept.

Exchanging Returns:

The website does not facilitate direct exchanges. It is recommended to place a new order for desired items and request a refund for the return.

Items may sell out during the time it takes to process returns, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

How to Return Items:

Contact the Customer Services team to obtain a Returns authorization number.

Items can be returned via Royal Mail or courier.

Return shipping must be postmarked within 24 hours of receiving the returns number, or it will be shipped back at the customer''s expense.

Provide reasons on the returns form, enclose it within the original packaging, and affix the returns label with the full Returns Number.

Items should be sent to the specified Return shipping address.

Obtain proof of posting for returned items.

Crediting Your Account:

Returns are processed within 10 working days of receipt, extending to 15 working days during peak periods.

Card providers may take 5 to 10 working days to credit the account.

Non-suitable items incur shipping fees that are deducted from the refund.

Wrong or Faulty Item Received:

Notify the seller immediately of receiving a wrong or faulty item for a full refund.

Worn/used faulty items are excluded from the returns policy; email photos and fault details for assistance.

Duplicate Order:

If a duplicate order is sent in error, and the return is requested, a pre-paid postage label may be provided. Failure to return within 7 days may result in an invoice.

Return Deadline:

All returns must be received within 14 days; no refunds or exchanges are provided after this period.

Excluded Products:

Certain product categories are exempt from the 14-day return policy.

Non-returnable items include specially made, ordered, or customized products, perishable goods, and items for hygiene reasons.

Distance Selling Rights:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (DSRs) provide UK & N. Ireland customers with a seven-working-day cancellation window.

Exceptions exist for specified goods under section 13 of the DSRs.

International customers have up to 7 working days under the DSRs to cancel orders.

For international returns, a customs declaration labeling ''Returned unwanted GB merchandise'' is required to avoid import duties.
