How to Shop Online with Us

We take pride in offering one of the largest selections of First Communion wear and gifts in the South East, available for online access every day.

Ways to Shop with Us:
1. Order Online: Browse our comprehensive range of First Communion products and make purchases online for direct delivery to your doorstep or choose the option to collect from our shop. We accept payments through all major credit and debit cards using PayPal and Stripe.
2. Order by Phone: Call 01932 570486 to place an order between 9.30 am - 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday. If you can't reach us, please leave a message, and we'll get back to you promptly. Telephone orders can be collected by prior arrangement, and payment can be made over the phone using debit/credit cards or in cash or card upon collection.
Please note that we do not accept personalised order details via telephone; these should be provided via email. Internet orders take precedence over telephone orders. When calling, have the following information ready:
Credit or debit card details
Name and reference number of the product(s) you wish to order
Address details for billing and delivery
An email address
During May & June, due to high demand, we may not always be able to accept telephone calls to prioritize processing internet orders efficiently. Emails are regularly checked.
Orders are filled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
3. Order at the Shop: Make an appointment to visit us for a dedicated 60-minute session to find the perfect outfit for your child. While we currently cannot accommodate walk-ins, we strive to be flexible with our timings to suit your schedule.

Payment: We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards using PayPal and Stripe, both are leading payment service providers and considered secure methods for online shopping. They function as a credit/debit card processing system, authorizing transactions at the time of purchase, providing a secure gateway for online transactions.

Security: PayPal and Stripe employs cutting-edge security tools and techniques, ensuring advanced credit/debit card checking and authorization systems for secure online shopping. Industry-standard encryption techniques protect your credit/debit card details, and your information is not shared with third parties.

Acceptance of Order: Receipt of an email order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Communion Angels/First Holy Communion Day reserves the right to accept or decline orders at any time. Acceptance occurs upon shipment, and additional verifications or information may be requested before acceptance. Orders are subject to stock availability, and any unavailable products will be promptly refunded.

We cannot accommodate additions or amendments to confirmed orders in process. If needed, place a new order.
